By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

Mr. Silver (That Silver Club) facilitates local delivery of physical precious metals. We are not a financial institution, broker, or investment advisor.

Nothing on this site constitutes financial, tax, or investment advice. Precious metals prices are volatile. You are responsible for your own decisions.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received

• Payment must be received by midnight (ET) on the order date

• If payment is not received by that deadline:

  • The order is automatically cancelled

  • You may be temporarily restricted from ordering for the remainder of that drop window

​

Once payment is received, orders cannot be cancelled.

​

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept limited payment methods to keep transaction costs low and premiums fair.
We do not accept credit cards.

This allows us to:

• Avoid excessive processing fees

• Operate without a storefront

• Pass savings directly to stackers

​

We are a lean operation - built and run by the founder - and that’s how we keep premiums tight.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery occurs on the scheduled delivery date shown in your order

• You (or an authorized representative) must be available to receive delivery

• You must provide your order reference number at delivery

If you are unavailable

• Contact us before the delivery date

• We may reschedule for the following week or arrange an alternative

​

Failure to be available without notice may result in delays or restrictions on future orders.

5. Delivery Locations

Your delivery address does not need to be your home address.

​

You may choose:

• Any address within our delivery zone

• A public meeting location (where permitted)

​

You must provide a valid phone number so we can contact you if needed.

​

6. Delivery Zone

Local delivery is limited to designated ZIP codes.

​

If you are outside the delivery zone:

• Contact us about shipping options

• Shipping fees will apply

• We actively evaluate expanding delivery areas

​

Local delivery is included in pricing; shipping outside of delivery zone is not.

7. Order Status & Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather

• Access issues

• Incorrect contact information

• Events beyond our control

We will always communicate clearly when issues arise.

​

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
